Department IUSM MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES (IN-DMHS-IUINA) Department Information Indiana University School of Medicine is a national leader in medical research and education. The Department of Mental Health Services (DMHS) promotes psychological health, well-being, and success for all Indiana University School of Medicine learners and trainees across the State of Indiana. We deliver professional and comprehensive counseling and psychiatric services, crisis intervention, programming, consultation services, and outreach, as well as support the broader School of Medicine community and foster an environment where learners can thrive. We serve a diverse learner population of approximately 3400 trainees across the state of Indiana. DMHS is invested in providing care that is inclusive and culturally informed. We work collaboratively in the provision of mental health services, outreach, and liaison work, and work actively on the continuous improvement of our work with a commitment to adherence to best practices. Working Conditions / Demands This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation. Additional Information $44,000 - $54,000 per year based on qualifications, skills, and experience. Work Location This position is eligible to work a hybrid schedule (mix between remote and in-person work), subject to change in the future based on university policy and business needs.
