CONTRACT POSITION W2 REMOTE OR ON-SITE IN DULUTH, GEORGIA 30096 (PREFERRED) PAY RANGE UP TO $39.00 PER HOUR (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE LEVEL) REMOTE e-Commerce Site Associate needed for a long-term contract opportunity with Yoh's client. The Big Picture Top Skills You Should Possess:

- Assist the Product Owner of eCommerce site with the operation, optimization, and support of this critical sales channel.
- The eCommerce site is used by thousands of customers to order products. It also serves as a one-stop customer portal to view order history, manage and pay invoices, track rebates, and view loyalty program details
- Provide support to the Product Owner as required for the translation of bugs or feature requests into user stories, and the refinement and prioritization of the product backlog.
- Collaborate with Marketing to define content plans and updates, consult on UX and creative decisions, administrate content updates via the CMS (Magento), shepherd content through a formal review process, and publish updated content to the production site.
- Perform testing (UAT & Regression Testing) as required for any coding or configuration changes made to the site or supporting ecosystem, document test execution results (JIRA & HP ALM) and log bugs.
- Conduct troubleshooting for technical issues to identify and communicate root cause analysis and support customer care as required for escalations.
- Collaborate with other business and technical teams on the resolution of these incidents and assist the Product Owner on appropriate stakeholder communications
- Ensure operational excellence through periodic monitoring, web analytics, site log reviews, and discussions with customer care and support functions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, another related field or equivalent professional experience
- eCommerce and Magento experience is preferred, but not required
- Experience administrating a web application, including users, content, and configuration via a CMS (Magento and/or Drupal preferred)
- Experience working with web application delivery, testing, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity of integration methods of distributed web applications (e.g. REST APIs)
- Working knowledge of Scrum and writing user stories (JIRA & Confluence experience preferred)
- Solid understanding of digital user experience (UX) and customer needs
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and recommend action plans to resolve issues
- Experience working cross-functionally with geographically distributed teams
- Strong presenting, writing and verbal communication skills
