The Business Development Manager (f/m/d) – BeerGlobal Key Accounts will drive high-levelcollaborations and partnerships with Global Brewing Key Accountcustomers, through a strong knowledge of the customer. Thisposition will manage accounts globally through revenue growth andcommercial execution with a specific focus on initial phases of thepurchase cycle and ‘winning the spec’. The BusinessDevelopment Manager will elevate Pall’s position and will haveresponsibility of owning the accountstrategy. This position ispart of the Food & Beverage Business Unit and will be locatedremote. In this role,you will have the opportunityto:
- Continuous CustomerDiscovery through mapping regional Customer ecosystem and identifykey stakeholders, have a strong pulse on the customer’s strategicinitiatives and develop key relationships and champion breakthroughthinking; emphasizes the importance of exploring unique paths evenwhen they run contrary to currentthinking
- Align with Internal and ExternalStakeholders on All Strategic Initiatives (System Sales Strategy,Contracts Negotiations, Service, etc)
- BuildAccount Strategies, playbook, and roadmap forgrowth
- Bachelor’s degreeor equivalent, a proven track record in a Business Development roleor Key/strategic/global Account Management role, including aconsistent successful record in sales and solutionselling
- Experience in tender management withmultiple examples of successfully leading/ project-managing acomplex tender response with the ability to work independently andpart of a team
- An ability to have external andinternal technical discussions, ideally through experience withprocess engineering
- Experience with Beerindustry an advantage
- Ability to “think out ofthe box” and express creative thinking and innovative ideas is asimportant as good verbal and written communication skills andfluent written and spoken English
- Internationaltravel up to50%
- The ability to “wow” thecustomer
- Coaches others on leading effectivedialog with customers that proactively addresses customer needs andsuccessfully positions brands with the ultimategoal
