Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, implement complex and high performing network and voice infrastructure
- Run infrastructure routers, switches, and network services
- Build and maintain solutions for deployment, monitoring, and operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform root cause analysis
- Bachelor degree in Computing Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline
- 6 years solid hands-on experience in system administration and networking
- Strong knowledge in networking and voice systems including routers, switches, firewall, VPN, VoIP, LAN, WAN, WLAN and monitoring system
- Familiar with Windows Server
- Holder of CCNA and ITIL qualification
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
