• Conducting thorough analysis of existing digital processes to identify areas for enhancement and streamlining.
• Devising and implementing effective strategies for improving digital processes.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support for process changes.
• Continuously monitoring and evaluating process performance, utilizing key metrics to gauge the effectiveness of enhancements.
• Identifying and rectifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies within processes.
• Providing comprehensive training and guidance to team members regarding optimal process practices and standards.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry advancements and emerging technologies to drive ongoing process improvement.
• Establishing and managing productive relationships with external vendors and partners when necessary.
• Preparing detailed reports on process performance and progress for senior management.

Your Profile

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, operations management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in process improvement or a comparable role.
• Prior certification in process improvement methodologies is advantageous.
• Proficiency in utilizing SAP FICO, SAP BPC, S4HANA BW, or similar technologies is essential.
• Strong familiarity with various digital process improvement methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Demonstrated expertise in process mapping and analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in project management and leadership.
• Exceptional attention to detail and adeptness at managing multiple projects concurrently.
