Responsibilities:
- Perform credit analysis, due diligence on Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Mutual funds, Financial Sponsors, etc
- Liaising with legal documentation on credit terms recommendation and negotiation
- Provide recommendation to risk strategy definition of counterparty and specific transaction
- Ensure appropriate data maintenance in relation to fund counterparties
- 10 years’ of experience in credit / counterparty / market risk, ideally with exposure in fund counterparties
- Familiar with credit analysis, good understanding in financial products
