Senior Associate, Management Reporting, Stable Corporate Bank

A stable corporate bank is hiring a senior associate for their management reporting team. My client, a leading corporate bank, is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their team as a Senior Associate in the Management Reporting department. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of their team and play a key role in the financial management and reporting functions. Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and regulatory reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. - Consolidate financial data from various sources and present clear and concise reports to management. - Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on business performance, trends, and forecasts. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information. - Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing input and analysis as required. - Assist in the development and enhancement of financial reporting systems and processes. - Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in management reporting. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA will be advantageous. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial reporting, management reporting, or related roles within the banking or financial services industry. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and regulatory requirements. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. - Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. - Effective communication skills to present financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
