Company Profile Our client is a reputable, strong branded bank that provides various wide arrays of corporate banking products to enterprise worldwide. Exciting New Role for You You will be belonged to Transaction Banking team, Cash Product Management section. You will responsible for promoting local and global cash management service in East Asia. The team works closely with the Sales Team to identify potential product enhancement needs. It helps to strengthen Local Settlement service and Cross-border Cash Management Service in East Asia and support each branch for implementation of Head Office System and development of Local Settlement Service in East Asia.
- To take care of Japanese clients support by on-site visit or phone
- To communicate with Japan and other branches/ helpdesk for customer request
- To prepare utilization report, customer notice, and user manual etc.
- To conduct regular system registration and document filing
- To assist supervisor in any ad-hoc Project for Internet Banking function level up
- Fluent English and Japanese (JLPT N1) with good understanding of Japanese culture
- At least 1~2 years’ experience in bank's IT department, or payment / deposit back office. Transaction Banking front office is desirable
- Interest in Cantonese is an asset
- Basic computer skills (MS Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint ) Interest in VBA, data mapping is desirable
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder;
