Senior IT Business Analyst - FO Technology (New Trading System)

Responsibilities:

• Write specifications/stories for systems and processes as required for specific projects or the continued evolution of components, interfaces and processes for all products within the business line
• Develop and maintain good working relations with the business (front, middle and back office, Risk, etc.)
• Maintain close communication with business users and IT teams and coordinate requirement analysis activities.
• Define business needs with stakeholders and various other functional groups.
• To conduct in depth requirement analysis, define and prepare business specification

Required Background:

• Strong Front Office experience including Pre-Trade systems and process knowledge
• Strong communicator comfortable engaging with senior level stakeholders
• Some hands on software development experience in the past. C# ideally, but more important is deep understanding of SDLC
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
