Title: Director/SVP HRBP - Financial Services firm Location: Hong Kong About the Role: Our client is a well-establish global financial services firm who is looking for a Director/SVP level HRBP to join their team in Hong Kong. The role will have a regional coverage. Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of the HR Agenda for the functions to ensure their alignment with business requirements
- Advise and support the functional areas to effectively manage all key people decisions.
- Work with the regional teams and business managers to build management capability within the regional office
- Support in managing the annual HR processes i.e. annual remuneration, training, engagement or development initiatives
- Work with regional functional HR teams to support and drive the delivery of projects and other initiatives
- Develop an in-depth understanding and present a holistic view on the talent requirements and gaps across the business at a strategic level
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 10 years of HRBP experience from financial services or professional services environment with regional exposure
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and verbal.
- Flexible, team player as well as working independently
- Strong relationship building with senior business stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
- Comfortable in working in a matrix orgranisation
