About the team The Cash Product Management Section is responsible for promoting local and global cash management service in East Asia. The team works closely with the sales team to identify potential product enhancement needs. It helps to strengthen Local Settlement service and Cross-border Cash Management Service in East Asia and support each branch for implementation of Head Office System and development of Local Settlement Service in East Asia. Role requirements

  • To take care of Japanese clients support by on-site visit or phone
  • To communicate with Japan and other branches/ helpdesk for customer request
  • To prepare utilization report, customer notice, and user manual etc.
  • To conduct regular system registration and document filing
  • To assist supervisor in any ad-hoc Project for Internet Banking function level up
Essential Functions
  • To provide client operational / technical support in Internet Banking
  • To answer client's enquiry and resolve issue
  • To be primary contact to support Internet Banking platform across the branches and Japan (Head office)
Competencies
  • We are looking for candidate who is mature, to be able to work independently
  • He/she is co-operative to be a team player with strong communication skill
  • He/she is good at business correspondence
  • He/she is tidy, organized and creative in preparing material
Work experience, education and skills
  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • At least 2 years' experience in client support in any industry of Japanese companies
  • Experience in bank's IT department, or payment / deposit back office. Transaction Banking front office is desirable
  • Fluent English and Native Japanese with good understanding of Japanese culture
  • Interest in Cantonese is an asset
  • Basic computerskills (MS Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint )
  • Interest in VBA, data mapping is desirable
