Our client is a multinational Group specializing in commercial refrigeration, which has made a name for itself in the world thanks to a solid industrial culture, great competitive strength, and its international presence in the Retail, Ho.Re.Ca, and Food Beverage sectors. We are looking for an experienced R&D Engineer for their growing team. This position is based in Çorlu, Türkiye. Relocation to Çorlu is required for this position. Requirements Job Responsibilities

  • Develop the controlling strategy of the electrical function of products, and functional scheme, to support the development of technical instruction for customer and Manufacturing departments
  • Design and drafting of electrical and functional schematic, selection of electronic controllers for refrigerators
  • Design and development of customized solutions as per customer request
  • Responsibility for designing the product according to applicable technical standards and law ( CE, EMC, EMF..)
  • Support the collection of market specifications in coordination with the project team and project leader
  • Manage and interface with suppliers to lead the development and implementation
  • Support the documentation of the product's key features (manuals, tech data sheets.. )
  • Support quality and service in the management of nonconformity, product training
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering,
  • Similar experience in a similar sector,(2-3 years)
  • Strong problem-solving, analysis, planning, tracking, and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative and results-oriented team player.
  • Written and oral fluency in English is a must,
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks
⭐This position will work in a hybrid model (3 days from office, 2 days from home)
