(Assistant) Finance Manager - Multinational Property Company

The Company My client is a multinational property company, they are looking for candidates from property industry with all rounded finance & leadership experience to join their team. The Role

• Handle full set of accounts for the company & business units.
• Responsible of month end closing, management reporting, and financial analysis.
• Liaise with internal and external parties and prepare budget and forecast.
• Handle annual audit & tax submission, and ensure compliance with accounting, statutory, regulatory and tax requirements.
• Assist in system enhancement projects & other ad hoc tasks.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree/ diploma in accounting/ finance/ economics or related.
• From property sector is a must.
• Flexible, hand-on, detail-oriented with strong business sense, problem solving skill.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
