YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Independent processing of ticket requests as part of 2nd level support
• Administration of Windows servers with Active Directory, Exchange and VMware
• Error analysis/rectification and documentation of hardware and software systems in the event of malfunctions (remote, on-site, by telephone)
• Active participation in various promising IT projects

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable training
• at least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Knowledge in the area of Windows Server
• Experience with network technologies (VLAN, routing)
• Independent and goal-oriented way of working
• Ability to work in a team, good communication skills and enthusiasm for new innovations and technologies
