IT Analyst/Senior Technical Analyst (m/f/d) Infrastructure (Server and Desktop)

• Work with the latest technology for cloud and infrastructure services
• Learn and apply the latest technologies in building infrastructure services for cloud and on-premise solutions

Your tasks

• Take on a regional support function for the company infrastructure in Europe
• Contribute to the hybrid cloud implementation of infrastructure services
• Participate in the management and support of servers and desktops
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of server operating systems and applications
• Monitoring server performance/availability and security issues as well as troubleshooting
• Implementing backup and disaster recovery solutions for critical data and systems
• Set up and configure new desktop computers, laptops and other devices according to company standards; and -policies
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, either remotely or on-site
• Providing technical support for users by phone, email or ticketing system
• Documentation and maintenance of the inventory of IT devices and software licenses
• Forwarding complex problems to the relevant IT departments or external providers
• Implementation of IT security policies and procedures

Who we are looking for

• Training or degree with a connection to computer science
• Enjoy working in a modern environment with innovative IT tools
• Interest in professional development
• Practical experience in support and administration of servers and desktops
• Knowledge of Wintel and Linux on virtualization platforms and server applications such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft AD and Microsoft 365
• Social and communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Mandarin advantageous
• Recent university graduates (m/f/d) will also be considered
