Our client is a cryptocurrency trading firm and have enjoyed steady growth throughout, surviving crypto market instability and maintaining good performance due to relatively low market exposure through proprietary trading. They are looking to expand their team to support their continued expansion. This will be a great stepping stone for junior developers to delve into the trading space working on cutting-edge technologies. Key responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient algorithms to handle high volumes of data
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimizations.
- Collaborate with senior teammates to investigate the improvement of development processes and best practices
- Investigate production issues and conduct code reviews, identify root cause and propose solution
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines
- 2+ years of experience writing clean and efficient code in C#, or any other Object Oriented Language (e.g. Java)
- Interest in trading, financial markets and blockchain technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithmns, and object-oriented design principles
- Excellent communication skills
