  • Report to the Department Head
  • Monitor department accountabilities and ensuring job descriptions are aligned to each role
  • Assist daily operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Manage & deliver new joiner’s orientation. Assist roll out of training and development programs across the business
  • Provide insight and stay up-to-date on relevant industry trends and employment legislations to ensure organization compliant
  • Liaise with all departments to provide feedback and analysis of department requirements in terms of staffing, structure and employee needs
  • Ensure updated organization charts and department structures are available at all times
  • Assist employee disputes and performance reviews as and when required
  • Compile and prepare HR metric data reports and monthly reports
  • Assist in the further design of a performance management approach with standardized processes, documents, tools in order to ensure systematic monitoring, feedback and improvement actions on performance
  • Track and report Key Performance Indicators. Collate and review performance management reviews per department
  • Coordinate and maintain the Human Resources personnel filing systems, HRIS
  • Provide timely and periodic communication on HR related matters and complete required tasks and duties
  • Regularly keep abreast of understanding corporate strategy, commitment and staff’s sense of belonging
  • Perform administrative support and coverage for the team members
  • Handle other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements
  • Master degree holder in Human Resources. 4 to 5 years’ relevant experience in HR spectrum preferably in asset management industry
  • Attentive to details, responsible, self-motivated able to handle multi tasks with strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent reporting skills & document management coupled with excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and a team player; enjoy working with people at all levels to promote company brand and core value
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese)
  • Skillful in MS applications, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
