Chief of Staff (110-135K), Insurance

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison with staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO regarding company climate, strategies, project updates, proposals, and planning
• Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations, and help define new operational strategies by working with C-suite members and other executives on special projects
• Serve as a subject-matter expert, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communications
• Support the Head of Department in developing and articulating the holistic strategy, incorporating inputs from subject matter experts across business teams, and through coordinating the innovation process
• Work closely with various business teams to monitor implementation progress of strategic initiatives

• Bachelor's degree holder from a globally recognised university
• Fluency in Cantonese and English
• A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Candidates from management consulting background with exposure on insurance clients will be considered
• Strong stakeholder management skills; able to get your hands dirty and perform ground work
