About the Role To compile and prepare agency related reports so as to maintain, improve and deliver accurate, high quality information for agency management. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with different agent business units to analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to drive agent and business growth
• Develop and maintain automated scripts or utilize Power Platform tools to streamline the process of data requirement identification, collection, execution, and distribution
• Create reports, visualizations, and dashboards to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and reliability
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization
• To agency engagement and communication effectiveness by agency process optimization

Minimum Job Requirements: Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or relevant quantitative field
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a business or corporate environment

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a business or corporate environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and extract meaningful insights
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g. Office Script) and/or automation tools (e.g., PowerApps, Power Automate) is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
