Key responsibilities:

  • Generate idea and formulate strategies, positioning, content and measurement which align with business goals, resulting in enhancement on brand presence and recognition, development on thought leadership as well as support of business expansion in Asia including Hong Kong, China, Singapore & Thailand, and selected European markets.
  • Lead and manage marketing campaigns for the company’s strategies, asset classes, themes or products.
  • Supported by members in the marketing team, produce and deliver high quality marketing collateral including leaflets, fund fact sheets, presentation and social media content that support business goals.
  • Identify media trends, define target audience groups and implement marketing plans covering brand, content, event, PR and digital.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels including websites, social media platforms, email marketing and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Develop and implement PR strategy (press release, press event, interview pitching & article contribution and maintain strong relationship with media covering industry practitioners and mass public.
  • Develop thought leadership content and market commentary via- work closely with Investment team to generate compelling investment insights and thought leadership, and disseminate to the target audiences on ongoing basis.
  • Optimize the marketing budget to maximize results by strategizing and prioritizing campaigns and activities that strengthen the company’s competitive positioning.
  • Evaluate the marketing platform and vendor regularly to ensure the deliverables meet the industry standard in terms of pricing and quality.
  • Establish on-going monitoring, measurement and analyses on marketing campaigns, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Work with Compliance to ensure regulatory compliance in all activities
Requirements:
  • At least 10-year relevant experience in a similar capacity with supervisory functions in asset management industry
  • Degree-holder, preferably in finance or economics disciplines
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Proven extensive knowledge in investment products and financial industry
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to articulate investment themes and strategies, understand and convey key marketing messages and product positioning
  • Strong strategic and campaign planning skills
  • Outstanding relationship management capabilities with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skill
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • A strong team leader with capability of providing guidance, coaching and support to teammates
  • Be proactive, creative, self-motivated and detail-oriented
