Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and transform them into well-defined digital solutions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Develop business cases, project plans, and requirements documentation to support the implementation of digital solutions.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical capabilities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Leverage data analytics and visualization tools to uncover insights that drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful solution delivery.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of digital tools and processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators and conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the impact of digital initiatives and drive ongoing enhancements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to inform digital strategy and roadmap development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the financial services or wealth management industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital technologies, including data analytics, CRM systems, and workflow automation tools.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, from business users to technical teams.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are desirable
