About The Role As an IT Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for developing centralised, competitive, and cost-effective sourcing strategies to ensure the category of IT services are fully ev About The Role As an IT Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for developing centralised, competitive, and cost-effective sourcing strategies to ensure the category of IT services are fully evaluated. In addition, take lead in cross departmental tendering activities to ensure the needs and requirements from stakeholders are fulfilled. Job Responsibilities

  • Design and develop end-to-end processes and category management of IT services (i.e.. Software and hardware solutions)
  • Take lead in the full cycle of cross departmental tenders and strategic procurement projects and ensure all end-to-end processes are full compliance with the group's policies and procedures
  • Perform contract negotiations with vendors & suppliers and review commercial and legal clauses for cost-effective margins whilst maintaining service & quality level throughout the company's business operation
  • Provide insights and drive continuous improvement projects for practices and applications for procurement
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder in Global Supply Chain Management, Business Administrations, or any other relevant disciplines of studies
  • Minimum 6 years of IT category management experiences, preferably obtained within a well-structured organisation with centralised procurement operations
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
  • A candidate with high productivity to ensure stakeholder's needs are fulfilled on a timely manner
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered for the title of Senior IT Procurement Manager
