Associate Director, Company Secretary

The Company A well-established financial services is looking for an Associate Director to lead their company secretary team. The Role

• Lead a team to execute a comprehensive range of company secretarial duties, corporate governance, and compliance functions for both the listed group and private subsidiaries.
• Prepare annual and interim reports, announcements, and circulars.
• Take charge of board-related matters, including organizing board meetings, board committee meetings, and shareholders' meetings.
• Provide assistance in handling ad hoc assignments.

Your Profile

• Possession of an Associate Membership with HKCGI.
• Minimum of 10 years of company secretarial experience, acquired from reputable professional firms or financial services
• Proficient in English with excellent command of the language.
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Listing Rules, Securities and Futures Ordinance, and Companies Ordinance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Seeking a proactive, self-motivated individual with a positive and can-do attitude.
