VP, Trade Finance Operations

Responsibilities:

• Perform the duty of checking and approval of trade transactions (e.g., L/C opening, bills collection, I/E financing, settlement and account receivables financing etc.).
• Handle compliance judgement on trade documents.
• Spot loopholes and operational risks in the daily activities.
• Deal with internal / external customers for matters related to export trade transactions.
• Conduct visits to customers with Relationship Managers to explain products and solutions of trade services as necessary.
• Develop team members through work assignment, coaching and training.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects.

• University degree holder
• 7+ years of experience in trade services operations
• Sound Import and Export knowledge
• Familiar with ICC rules (UCP600, ISBP, URR725 and URC522 etc.)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
