Private Equity Fund Accountant (Buy-side) | $35K per month | Welcome candidate from Fund Admin! Your new company A Leading Chinese-Based Private Equity Firm with offices across the Greater Bay Area is expanding the team with a Fund Accountant position. Your new role Your responsibilities include:
- Review capital account and financial statements for fund books
- Monitor capital calls and distributions
- Oversight on fund cashflow, credit, and operations
- Review SPV financial reports under various accounting standards
- Work closely with investors on their enquiries
- Liaise with auditors and lenders
- Assist with ad-hoc reports and projects
- 2 Years of Experience in Fund Accounting or Fund Administration
- Bachelor's degree
- CPA qualification or student member is a plus
- Good attitude with team-player spirit
- Strong communication skills with a team player mindset
