Manager, Financial Product Development

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial product issuers and omnibus brokers, serving as the main point of contact for communication and collaboration.
• Coordinate with internal teams, such as operation, client service, compliance and legal, to gather necessary information and resources for the development of financial products and the set-up of omnibus accounts
• Collaborate with financial product issuers and omnibus brokers to identify market trends, investor demands, and opportunities for new business development .
• Conduct research and analysis on competitor products and industry best practices to enhance the competitiveness of our financial product offerings.
• Develop and execute strategies for the successful launch of new financial products in collaboration with external parties and internal teams.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure the adherence of financial products to the applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• 3 to 5 years' relevant experience in fund development or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of fund or virtual asset market trends, investor preferences, and regulatory landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with external partners and internal teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct research, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives and deliver results within deadlines.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements related to virtual assets or funds.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
