Procurement Manager

• Develop and implement procurement strategies in line with the bank's goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate favourable terms and conditions.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality or service levels.
• Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, including cost analysis, savings achieved, and risk assessment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end procurement processes and delivering cost savings.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
• Proficient in Chinese and English
