Client Description Our client, a well-established asset management company, is seeking a VP, Regional Marketing Manager. Reporting to Regional Head of Business Development, the successful candidate will be responsible for formulating, implementing PR & marketing communications activities, as promoting the company’s brand, products and business channels and segments. Responsibilities
- Formulate strategies which align with business objectives to support business expansion in Asia, (Hong Kong, China, SEA), and selected European markets
- Supervise marketing team members for producing high quality marketing collaterals, presentation, and social media content (such as market write-ups, newsletters, web content etc), as well as to ensure all materials are in compliance with corporate policies and regulators’ requirements
- Drive various marketing campaigns for the company’s investment strategies across different asset classes
- Organize events / webinars and work closely with speakers to deliver content, as well as to promote the company's value proposition, brand, and product offerings
- Work with sales and product development teams for fund launch, including delivering relevant marketing materials, planning, internal approval process, etc.
- Build and maintain relationship with regional media and PR agencies
- Assist in driving digital marketing initiatives
- University graduate with degree in Marketing or relevant discipline
- At least 7 years of relevant marketing experience within financial services, prior industry experience in asset management or fund marketing is a plus
- Solid track record on campaign planning and implementation for investment products
- Ability to articulate investment themes and strategies, and strong understanding on investment funds
- Candidates who have agency background will also be considered
- Strong analytical ability with excellent communications skills (written and verbal) in English and Chinese
- A strong team leader with ability of providing coaching and support to teammates
