Head of Front Office Application

As a Head of Front Office Applications, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the front office operations through the implementation of state-of-the-art technology solutions. The Role: 

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for front office applications, aligning technology initiatives with the business objectives 
• Partner with front office stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide technology solutions that enhance trading, risk management, and portfolio management capabilities
• Drive the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable front office systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and identify opportunities for process optimization
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience in leading technology teams within the Financial Services industry
• Strong expertise in Front Office applications, including trading platforms, risk management systems, and portfolio management tools
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets, products, and trading workflows
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
