YOURRESPONSIBILITIES

Own,develop and optimize our global direct tax & transfer pricesetup for our three businesses Leica Microsystems, LeicaBiosystems, and Mammotome, with 70 legal entities and approximately$2.5B revenue,including:

• Driving all directtax related topics from planning to controversy, processoptimization and riskassessment.
• Overseeing taxoperations, compliance and documentation in close cooperation withthe respective localteams
• Implementing andmaintaining policies and value chainmaps
• Acting as the firstpoint of contact for all relevantinquiries
• Businesspartnering with internal and external stakeholders includingcomplex financial analysis and modelling in order to supportdecisions
• Contributing incross-functionalprojects
• Collaboratingclosely with the global tax & transfer pricing team atDanaher

YOURPROFILE

• Masterdegree in Economics, (Tax) Law, or Finance and preferablyadditional qualification as certified Tax Advisor (m/f/d),Chartered Financial Analyst or similardegree
• A minimumof ten years of professional experience in tax &transfer pricing, preferably in a multinational company environmentand/or international tax advisoryfirm
• Excellent knowledge ofinternational transfer pricingregulations
• Experience withtransfer pricing operations as well as managing large sets ofdata
• Team player, processoriented andhands-on
• Ability to thinkand solve problems independently / proactively proposesolutions
• Fluency inEnglish, written and spoken, is amust
