Learn about the Danaher Business System which makeseverything possible. The Field Service Engineeris responsible for providing professional support for our GeneXpertproduct line and IT solutions. Responsibilities includeinstallation, repair, and maintenance of Cepheid diagnosticequipment. This position ispart of the Field Service Department and will be located Remote inNürnberg /Würzburg area. - Be part of a team thatconsistently provides the highest level of support and service toour customers
- Perform installation, preventivemaintenance, and repair on Cepheid systems andsolutions
- Manage customer relationship anddrive customer satisfaction by coordinating with other departments(Sales, Technical Support)
- Travel regularly tocustomer sites within assignedterritory
- Educationalbackground in the technical or scientificfield
- Able to understand documents forinstallation, set-up and troubleshooting of technicalequipment
- Highly organized and able to workindependently
- Proficient computer skills andbasic network understanding
- Fluent Germanreading and writing & Englishlevel
- Working with CRMsystem
