The AccountManager (d/f/m) - Biotech for Cytiva is responsible todevelop the growth strategy in that region. This position is partof the Sales Team EMEA and will be fully remote .The suitable candidate should live in the region of South/Middle Germany (Mainz, Frankfurt, Tübingenor Stuttgart etc.). At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance futuretherapeutics from discovery todelivery. In thisrole, you will have the opportunityto:
- Expand the business,gain market share, and grow sales & order at expected margins.Achieve annual/quarterly targets through successful promotion ofall business technologies and capabilities within all modalitieswhich are relevant to this account
- Providetechnical support, leveraging technical specialists where needed,aligned with customer workflows and activities to develop, andsupport solutions that meet or exceed the customers’expectations
- Prospecting, forecasting,generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, initiating, andplanning customer visits at all levels of the customerorganization
- Negotiating master agreements andcontracts, including terms and conditions as well as facilitatingtender responses, in conjunction with product sales specialists asneeded
- Master Degree inmolecular biology, gene therapy, biotechnology or similar. A PhD isan asset but not mandatory
- First years ofcommercial experience in the Biotechnology industrialsector
- Territories sales planning and businessmarket knowledge
- Sales technique includingcross selling, upselling, value positions, solution selling andfunnel management
- Very good MS-Office skills,QlikSense and Sales Force would be anadvantage
- Very good English and German languageskills
- Working in a biggerinternational environment, but not amust
