Trainee, Technology (Cybersecurity)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and report to Cybersecurity Services Team Head
• Support the Cybersecurity Services Team’s BAUs tasks for new projects, such as SIP & XDR, Firewall Management Utility, etc.
• Support Cybersecurity related projects documents preparations and operations/administration manuals
• Maintain and monitor the IT security controls within the Bank
• Support the Cybersecurity team BAU tasks automation, e.g. by Ansible, RPA, etc.

Requirements:

• Postgraduate or 3rd year Undergraduate student in Information Technology or Information System
• Basic knowledge in IT field, such as software programing, networking, cloud platform, etc.
• Broad general knowledge, high versatility and good analytical ability 
• A team player with a “can do” attitude
• Quick learner and adopt new changes
• Self-started and independent thinker
• Strong interest in technology and doing hands-on work
• Attention to details and being able to put on customer’s lens when defining the customer journey
• Positive thinking and willing to take up assigned tasks
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
