About the Role Leading a major strategic program, accountable for orchestrating the delivery of this Technology program for AIA in HK, Macau and the Greater Bay Area. Roles and Responsibilities: Program Management

  • Lead the technology strategy & delivery for a key strategic program driving integrated health in AIA HK & Macau
  • Provide strong leadership to craft the agenda for technology, digital and analytics as relevant to Integrated Health program.
  • Orchestr multiple large projects to achieve the stated business goals and important metrics.
  • Lead all aspects of the program delivery including and not limited to
    • Program and Project financials
    • Program execution and delivery
    • Program reporting
    • Program risk management
  • Manage a team of project managers and delivery teams in ensuring the Health-TDA program delivers on committed plans and landmarks.
  • Engage, support and lead senior (C-level) customers across a spectrum of departments. Drive and contribute to effective Steering committees.
  • Engage with Group office customers for reporting, alignment.
  • Engage in planning and strategic discussions and help steer the direction.
  • Influence and drive business teams towards necessary outcomes to drive business value.
  • Set the direction and delivery path for the overall program. Drive and deliver individual component projects.
Healthcare
  • Understand data model for Healthcare ecosystem and drive Data Generation/Collection, touch points for data capture, enrichment of data, usage of data and associated solutions
  • Interpret, understand and implement regulations impacting technology systems involved in Healthcare ecosystems.
  • Understand the complete ecosystem in Healthcare including healthcare providers, TPAs, Networks, Insurers, Pharmacies, Wellness service providers etc.
  • Understand data standards in Healthcare - CPT, ICD codes etc. and ensure AIA alignment to these standards
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of Project/Program Management experience, with significant experience in the healthcare ecosystem
  • 2-5 years leadership experience is a must
  • Experience in financial services would be an advantage.
  • Open and effective communication skills, ability to communicate up and down to varying levels of customers spread across sophisticated organization structures.
  • Relevant qualification in an IT related subject area
  • Exposure to technology platforms used in Healthcare ecosystem players.
  • Understanding of Healthcare data models, regulations, and data standards/ codes (CPT,ICD etc)
  • Knowledge of financial management/budgets would be a bonus.
  • Strong customer management capabilities with proven experience in addressing senior (C-Level) forums.
  • Knowledge of current industry-wide approaches and standard processes for Project management, Agile methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital transformation in finance/insurance industry, with clear demonstrated experience in leading large, complex strategic programs
  • Able to work in fast paced and exciting environments.
  • Self-starter, creative thinking, proactive, hard-working and a great teammate
  • Takes ownership and accountability
