Responsibilities
- Work closely with Front Office on enhanced serviced towards all prospect clients
- Receive and review duly accomplished Account Opening Form and other required supporting documents.
- Conduct new account opening for document completeness, proper CDD/EDD and AML checks.
- Complete KYC risk assessments by undertaking first round CDD review, conduct material negative news and sanctions name screening assessments of existing & new clients
- Around 2-3 years in Customer Service/ Client On-boarding/ KYC experience is preferred
- Proficiency in computer skills, especially spreadsheet and database management
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
