Sales Operation Specialist (Contracted)

Your role

• Creating the purchase orders based on the content provided by the sales team, preparing proformas and sending to customers, preparing picking list ans send the warehouse team when products are ready and issuing the invoice within legal period, 
• Following up orders and preparing follow up reports for business area of responsibility at defined intervals
• Follow approval of customers orders received, send order information to relevant departments,
• Work in coordination with logistics and finance departments and send information about progress on orders to the sales team,
• Ensuring active participation in monthly meetings
• Responding questions received from customers linked to order details and follow up process by collecting necessary data from logistics team, being front line contact for the customers
• Participate in project works when necessary and fulfill relevant duties as required,

To succeed, you will need

• University degree,
• Prone to working with numerical matters and experienced in data analysis,
• Experienced in the field of organization and planning,
• High level of computer skills (MS Office, SAP),
• Good command on English language (writing and speaking).
