Key Responsibilities Has overall sales responsibility covering customer relationships and performance of an assigned customer portfolio for a medium impact client base in any size cluster/geographical area.
- Manages assigned customers and budget base; pursues and secures business in line with the business objectives.
- Builds a good understanding of target customers and the assigned account base.
- Researches and understands the territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customers.
- Probes and identifies customer needs and provides solutions.
- Researches and analyses competitive and industry trends.
- Communicates significant trends, rate changes and policies to assigned accounts.
- Ensures customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality.
- Responsible for medium impact customers to the business in any size cluster.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of client/account/sales management experience preferably in Logistic industry, or, Supply Chain experience at non-logistics industry
- Customer-centric approach to identify customer needs
- Strategic partnering financial acumen, matrix management, value co-creator
- Entrepreneurial perspective and curiosity to enhance portfolio
- Presentation & influencing skills
- Functional management capability
- Collaborative stakeholder management
- Advanced English and MS Office programs
