• Have knowledge and competence to implement all steps of product life cycle management from a product idea to launch and post launch activities with relevant departments (such as R&D, production, sales, supply chain etc.) and teams in the company.
• Able to create product plans at the marketing mix level, evaluating market competition, sales and channel management, following product-related technologies and trends in the market.
• Monitoring product performance KPI's and taking actions to improve product performance.
• Able to prepare a product launch plan and execute.
• Look for new product opportunities and prepare business and project plan to grow product range and income.
• Planing and executing all sorts of promotional activities like product training, meetings, fairs, events etc. in all sales channels.
• Will be able to organise product training and all promotional activities both internally and in the sales channel.
• Will be able to take an active role in fairs and all other organisations.

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities preferably in Engineering departments
• Master degree in Marketing is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• No travel restrictions.
• Has a driver's license and can actively drive.
• Strong human relations, customer-oriented, have knowledge about the details, prone to teamwork, good at time and project management, developed planning skills,
• Able to use MS Office programs effectively,
• Suitable for working from a full office (İstanbul/Halkalı-Sefaköy), 5 days a week
