Our client is actively seeking a Temporary Claims Attorney to join their team for a fully remote one year contract opportunity. If you are a JD and Licensed Attorney with litigation experience interested in this opportunity, please submit your resume.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to claimant inquiries
  • Communicate with claimants and counsel in a pleasant and professional manner
  • Analyzing claim documents
  • Preparing detailed responses to sometimes complex written inquiries of claimants and counsel
  • Fielding sometimes complex telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • JD from an accredited US Law School
  • Licensed Attorney 
  • Litigation experience
  • Class Action experience, preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented and very organized
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Have a high speed internet access
