Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Digital Health Product Manager Position type: Full-Time, Contract Duration: 12 Month Location: Remote (onsite once 6 months if needed in Dallas TX) As a Digital Health Product Manager , you will:
- Ensuring the development of scalable and innovative data science methodologies and techniques applied across various domains. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with their data science team and cross-functional stakeholders and domain specialists to ideate, develop, and deliver cutting-edge data science use cases and predictive analytics solutions, driving seamless end-to-end product delivery.
- Work closely with stakeholders and domain specialists to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives, and translate them into actionable use cases and product requirements.
- Collaborate with the data science team to identify, prioritize, and develop data science products that address key business opportunities and challenges.
- Lead the full development lifecycle from ideation to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality product releases.
- Manage all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to drive iterative development and continuous improvement.
- Drive product strategy and roadmap planning in alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on technical aspects of the product, providing guidance and support to team members, stakeholders, and domain specialists.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform product development and innovation.
- Proven experience in technical product management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the development lifecycle and Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience running Scrum ceremonies.
- Ability to ideate, innovate, and drive the development of data science solutions to complex business problems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, data warehousing technologies like Snowflake, and data processing frameworks like Databricks.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
