This role will provide support for project planning and organization, documentation, and reporting throughout OmniSOC. The project manager is a key enabler of a wide range of activities, from improvements to our core security monitoring service, to the roll-out of new security services, and to the teams providing full security programs to our member institutions. Working Conditions / Demands This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation. Additional Information This role does not require any specific cybersecurity expertise. We are looking for someone comfortable herding our cybersecurity staff, taking on planning, organizing, and communication/reporting tasks. The ideal candidate is curious rather than bothered when 1 day the office is covered in lockpicks or signals hacking gear. Our new project manager will need to learn a bit of our lingo, but we'll teach you. Work Location Bloomington, Indianapolis or Indianapolis, Indiana This position is hybrid, with 1-3 days/week in our Bloomington, Indiana office and the option to work remotely on other days.
