Power BI Commissions Configurator - Remote/C2H Innova Solutions has an immediate need for a Power BI Commissions Systems Configurator with Power BI, ETL, SQL, and SAP Callidus experience:

• You will be responsible for configuring the commissions compensation calculation rules, improving integration between other commissions assets and the vendor application and ensuring processes are reliable and built for the future growth.
• Experience with Power BI required
• Working with third party vendor commissions systems nice to have
• SAP Callidus experience nice to have
• ETL (Informatica) and SQL nice to have
• This job is remote and will operate out of the CST time zone
• This is a contract to hire opening, candidates MUST be able to work W2 at fulltime conversion
• Expected comp package: base $140k, annual bonus 10% - 14k, pension - 6% or 8k, 401k match - 5% or 7k, total annual financial package ~169k, plus 3 weeks vacation

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, test commissions calculation rules within vendor application
• Consistently look to improve integration between other field compensation assets and the vendor application
• Streamline technology & setup requirements, to improve delivery speed
• Assist in configuration of company applications based on business requirements.
• Develop configuration requirements document and obtain approval from business owners.
• Configure to handle incoming calculations and transmit to commissions
• You will work independently, with your peers, and with our software vendors to translate customer needs into technical solutions for our Field Compensation team.
