PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is looking for a Racing Trackside Engineer for our Motorsports client. Amazing #REMOTE Opportunity!1 yr.+ CONTRACT $35.00 - $44.00/HR. DOE ***Heavy traveling required to track and test events Summary: The Racing Trackside Engineer will be responsible for offering engineering support during races by collecting competitor data and analyzing performance metrics using specialized software. The position requires traveling to races and selected events. Skill Requirements  Must-Have:

  • BS degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with an automotive focus
  • 7+ years of   motorsports experience
  • Proficiency in   data analysis
  • Strong skills in  problem-solving and  report writing
  • Experience with   on-car data analysis software such as telemetry systems
  • Knowledge of programming software like  MATLAB/Simulink   C+and  Visual Basic
  • Familiarity with simulation tools such as  FEA and  CFD
