I'm partnered with the CFO at a rapidly growing, multi-million dollar, highly acquisitive business within the architectural and construction space. Located in Lincoln Park and operating on a hybrid schedule, this company has almost doubled in revenue in the past year and are building out their team due to this massive growth. They are actively seeking to identify a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team. Reporting directly into the CFO, the Senior FP&A Analyst will assist with drafting the forecasts and budgets for the portfolio companies. This organization is going through new ventures and acquisitions so this individual will present a pro forma financial projection and help the CFO track any cash flow needs. Description Senior FP&A Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall business support and oversight on financial-related matters to drive growth and company performance
  • Help ensure that a 5 year operating plan is enacted to reflect the companies strategic goals
  • Provide consultation on key strategic initiatives to ensure the business unit achieves their strategic goals
  • Assist in the analysis and modeling on the pricing of customer contracts
  • Develop excel tools and modeling to conduct revenue recognition, calculating monthly fees and owning the calculations
  • Work with Accounting and Operations Department to support monthly and quarterly close activities
  • Ad hoc projects with the CFO
Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance
  • Forecasting and budgeting experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Heightened attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
