Cloud Engineer Lead

Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of our multi-cloud platform infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define cloud architecture patterns, standards, and guidelines for application and infrastructure deployments. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Cloud Engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Oversee the selection, integration, and management of cloud services from multiple cloud providers, including AWS, Azure, Ali and Google Cloud Platform. Drive automation and orchestration efforts to optimize cloud deployments, streamline operations, and improve efficiency. Ensure the security and compliance of our multi-cloud platform, implementing proper controls, monitoring, and incident response procedures. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical recommendations, and drive the adoption of cloud-native solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the cloud computing space, evaluating their potential impact on our multi-cloud platform. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer, Cloud Architect, or similar role, with a focus on multi-cloud environments. Strong expertise in designing and implementing cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, Ali and/or Google Cloud Platform. Proficient in cloud-native technologies, such as containers (Docker, Kubernetes), serverless computing, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation). Solid understanding of networking principles, security best practices, and compliance frameworks in the cloud. Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a team of cloud engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
