The Company My client is a multinational trading company, they are looking for candidates from wholesale/ product based/ trading/ retail company to join their team. Candidates with Oracle experience is a must. The Role
- Responsible for managing accounting tasks such as general ledger, Accounts Receivables, and Accounts Payable specifically for different regions.
- Provide guidance and support to subordinates and an outsourced accounting firm.
- Compile a monthly reporting package and create a cash flow forecast.
- Analyze monthly profit and loss statements for different regions, comparing them to previous months, projections, and the budget.
- Prepare reconciliations for the balance sheet and take necessary steps to resolve any outstanding matters.
- Review monthly intercompany billings and ensure they are reconciled correctly.
- Monitor the performance and accuracy of the outsourced accounting vendor, ensuring they adhere to the agreed Service Level Agreement.
- Collaborate with a tax firm to calculate and file local Income Tax.
- Perform additional miscellaneous tasks as required.
- Bachelor's degree/ diploma in accounting/ finance/ economics or related.
- 8 - 18 years of experience.
- With Oracle experience is a MUST
- Flexible, hand-on, detail-oriented with strong business sense, problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
