Role Description This is a full-time Project Quantity Surveyor role located in Canterbury with flexibility for some remote work. The Project Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for day-to-day cost control, cost planning, cost reporting, and overall cost management throughout the project life cycle. The Project Surveyor should have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team and independently, and be proficient in using technology solutions for delivery of our services. Project management skills would also be desirable. Qualifications

• Cost Control, Cost Planning, and Cost Reporting skills
• Ability to prepare accurate BOQs
• Experience in overall cost management of large construction projects
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with contract administration
• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar
