We have been providing services across the South East for over 35 years. We are involved in some of the most exciting projects in the region; in various sectors, including Education, Community, Commercial, Residential, and Hospitality. We are a RICS firm and pride ourselves in our mentoring and development programme. Due to some exciting new projects and growth in the market, we are seeking additional staff to join our Kent Office. - Cost Control, Cost Planning, and Cost Reporting skills
- Ability to prepare accurate BOQs
- Experience in overall cost management of large construction projects
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with contract administration
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar
