About the Job William James Recruitment is pleased to present an opportunity for a Real Estate Disputes Solicitor to join an international law firm in the firm's London office. Property Litigation Solicitor - Lawyer – Up to £120,000 The Role We are representing an award-winning, full-service law firm, known for being one of the market leaders in Real Estate litigation. The Real Estate Litigation practice is consistently ranked highly in the legal directories and acts for high-profile clients, advising on the most complex disputes and acting for the largest listed and private companies, multinational corporations, and HNWI. You will be involved in assisting with a broad range of commercial property disputes, not limited to: breach of restrictive covenant and property contract disputes, rights of light, contested commercial lease renewals under the 1954 Act, dilapidations, and overage claims. The team also handles more routine asset management issues to protect their client’s interests. The Candidate The team is looking for an Associate Solicitor to join the growing and successful team. The ideal candidate should be an ambitious individual with a strong academic background and training from a City, top-tier law firm.
- Qualified Property Litigator from 2 - 5 years PQE
- Experience of Commercial Property disputes
- Excellent legal skills and highly motivated individual
- Ability to work well within a team
- Excellent initiative and ability to think on your feet
- Excellent basic salary - £100,000 - £120,000 dependent on experience
