Job Title: Social Media Content Creator Location: Near Newbury Office: on-site 5 days per week An established events organisation are expanding their offerings and embarking on an exciting new ventures, as a result they are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join their small team as a Social Media Content Creator. With a focus on delivering premium content and engaging their audience, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the social media presence, bringing focus and strategy to various platforms including Instagram and TikTok.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, and Marketing Executive to develop and execute a cohesive content plan.
- Create high-quality photo and video content that showcases the brand ethos and resonates with their audience.
- Proactively engage with the community, including capturing candid moments and user-generated content at events.
- Curate and repurpose existing assets to maximise engagement across various platforms, including TikTok.
- Contribute to the storytelling aspect of the brand, conveying the unique experiences and atmosphere of their events and offerings.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on content creation for premium brands.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Art, or Marketing is preferred.
- Strong photography and videography skills, with the ability to capture compelling visuals that tell a story.
- Experience with social media platforms and a keen understanding of what resonates with audiences.
- A proactive self-starter with the confidence to interact with people and capture authentic moments.
- An eye for creative angles and the ability to convey the experience of a multitude of different events through visuals.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Photoshop is a plus.
