Serious Injury Legal Executive - Merseyside - Up to £40,000 salary The Role This is a superb opportunity to join an award-winning, modern, dynamic, and supportive law firm offering specialist quality legal advice for Personal, Serious and Catastrophic Injury as well as Clinical Negligence. The firm is recognised across the region for its outstanding client care and high-quality work. Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s commercial offering, it is now seeking a Serious Injury Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have experience in Serious Injury claims from inception to settlement. The successful candidate will be expected to assist senior case handlers with their own files whilst working with limited supervision but with the benefit of full administrative support. The Candidate
- Experience managing a caseload over the value of £25,000 (Multi Track/Large Loss or Catastrophic Injury).
- Experience of drafting legal documentation
- Prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
- Competitive basic salary - up to £40,000 depending on experience
